Sharon, Jason, Buddie and Fred –
I was so saddened to hear about Doug’s passing. He was a good man; those are not words I use lightly. When I worked at Outreach, he would come in now and then to pick my brain or even more often, to challenge me. He always made me think and I enjoyed our conversations. Sharon, he always spoke so lovingly of you… literally each time I spoke with him. I always found it so inspirational, to hear how much he loved you and how devoted he was. He didn’t claim to be a perfect husband but he knew just how lucky he was to have you. Please know that I’m thinking of you all.
